Gluten-free (MOIST!) Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins

The ingredients

3 Ripe Bananas

2 Cus Oat Flour or Pulsed Oats

.25 Cup Date Syrup

1 Egg

.25 Cup Apple Sauce

2 Cups Chocolate Chips

.25 Cup Sour Cream

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Tbsp Sugar

.25 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder


The Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees...

Mash Banana with a fork...

Fold in the remaining ingredients...

Fill halfway w/ butter...

Bake for 10-12 minutes...

Remove and let cool on rack...

Enjoy warm for the best vibes.
