Shipping & return policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping with High Tea & Happy Hour. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping  & Return Policies.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing times:

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are in the blessed position of experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Shipping method: USPS First - Class Estimated delivery time- 5 - 8 business days

  • Shipping method: USPS Priority Mail Express Estimated delivery time: 2 - 3 business days

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

High Tea & Happy Hour ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if you cancel within 24 hours of submitting your order. If the item has already shipped, please email vibes@highteahappyhour.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

High Tea & Happy Hour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

 

Damages:

We ship your valuables securely but when it leaves us, the damage could occur. If this happens to you, please contact us with:
 

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
 

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Return Policy

 

Please submit any return inquiries to  vibes@highteahappyhour.com 

 

We allow returns for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of purchase unless the item is damaged because of HTHH's neglect which includes:

 

- Broken when purchased without the buyer knowing

- Item breaks within 15 days of purchase due to manufacturing error 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. In light of COVID-19, goods such as food. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, the refund status will be sent.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vibes@highteahappyhour.com

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue you a digital gift card.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Shipping time for returned items can vary depending on your address.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
