Event Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing tickets to a High Tea & Happy Hour event! We are thrilled to have you join us. We understand that sometimes plans change, but due to the nature of event preparations and logistics, we would like to inform all attendees of our refund policy.

All Sales are Final: Once you have purchased your ticket to our event, we will not be able to offer any refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credits. This policy is in place regardless of reasons for cancellations including but not limited to personal reasons, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Event Postponement: If a High Tea & Happy Hour event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, your ticket will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be given for postponed events.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a High Tea & Happy Hour event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered a credit for a future event or a refund in some situations.

Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets and they will not be replaced.
